gcc retarget for the StarCore DSP is based on the gcc version 4.1 and is provided as a 32-bit x86 Linux executable.
You can use it directly to translate C sources into StarCore assembly files or, better, use gcc driver with -B command line option specifying the path to the provided 'cc1'.
